Our consulting practice

Useful AI,
built around you.

Your company’s knowledge. AI running in your environment. Systems built for the work you do.

Our practice focuses on two services: turning company data into useful context for AI, and deploying local compute with open-source models for private needs. We teach your team how to use what we build and agree on a plan to maintain it.

Let’s talk about your work

Two ways we help

Start with either service, or bring them together.

01

Knowledge Base Engineering

Turn your company’s documents and data into organized, source-linked knowledge that AI can find and use. We build the context for assistants and AI workflows around the information your business already owns.

What we deliverA structured knowledge base, a process for bringing in and updating information, and connections to your AI workflows. Access rules, documentation, and team training are part of the implementation.

02

Private Local AI

Deploy local compute and open-source models in your own environment, configured for your private workloads. We size the hardware, select models for the task and licensing requirements, and connect them to your knowledge and tools.

What we deliverA working local AI setup, tested on representative tasks with agreed access and network boundaries. Your team gets operating documentation, training, and a plan for updates and ongoing maintenance.

Build it. Learn it. Keep it useful.

Both services include guidance and a practical handover. We define ongoing support and maintenance around your team’s needs.

  1. Understand the work

Identify the task, the people using the system, the available information, and what a good result looks like.

  2. Build and test a first version

Try it on representative work. Review the outputs, limitations, and fit before extending it.

  3. Put it into practice

Train the people using it, document ownership, and agree how support and maintenance will work.
